as a formal and informal foster carer and helping teens at risk of

often caused by the failure or social services to provide adequate
support that reflected the wished of the child

In my role at
RAY Ceredigion we provide youth clubs every night after schol which
brings in teens who are known to be at risk of potential
anti-social behavior and who are vulnerable to exploitation - we
need more informal drop ins for young people and more
recognition of their social needs in the public spaces to help
avoid them going missing
Please set out any views on other
groups of children on the margins.
You may wish to identify other
groups of children “on the margins”. These would be
groups of children in circumstances that require a specific
response from children’s services or other statutory
providers and for which there are concerns about the current policy
or practice.
Children living
in extreme poverty, substance misusing paretns or carers, children
with additional learnign needs that are ostracized at
school
